Abstract Images

Please spend time on these links to get an idea of what you are to do over harvest break.  Bring images in the day we return.  Also, feel free to shoot what ever inspires you over break. I know you don't need my permisssion to do this but sometimes I have to remind you that this is a "art" class and you can make images without my directing your efforts.  Shoot, Shoot, Shoot.

Hoku reminded me about Lens Perspective

You need to post Three photos demonstrating creative use of Lens Perspective using either a short or long lens.

Panos Due

Focus, Work, and Post.  Post two panos to your blog by October 6th.  Remember the panos need to be inherently interesting.  The idea of story or compositon should "fit" the idea of a panorama.  Also, make sure you resize your pano before posting it to the blog.  A horizontal measurment of 1000 pixels will give us a good view of the pana without bogging down Blogger.

motion photos due on Blog

All you little chipmunks need to have 6 motion photos posted to your blog today!

Three photos need to use someking of blur to convey motion.  You can blur the subject or background...attempts at panning will be rewarded.

Three photos need to show "frozen" motion.  Althought you are "freezing" motion it still should convey the idea of movement.

A big thanks to Tiana and her support of the her old stomping grounds! I am posting the files for you to peruse and appreciate. I am also posting a before and after effect and a Tiana self-portrait. Please check out her blog and website. She is ready to go to work for you.
